Hi i'm Sioned, mum of three, certified coach and founder of TONE by Sioned. Fitness has always been more than just a hobby for me, it's a way of life. Over the years I've developed a deep passion for strength training and the positive impact it can have, not only on the body but also on confidence, mindset and overall wellbeing. As a bikini category athlete and 1st place winner at the Welsh Championships, I understand the discipline and dedication it takes to achieve results. I also know what it's like to juggle the real life, balancing family, work and everything in between. My mission is to empower women to build strength, embrace healthy habits and feel confident in themselves. Whether that's through strength training, home workouts or nutrition support. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, coaching runs on a flexible rolling basis, no longterm lock-ins. Just give notice before your next payment date.
Do I need access to a gym?
No! Your plan is fully tailored to you. I create both gym based and home workouts programmes depending on your goals, equipment and preferences.
